🇺🇸The SEC has appealed the judge's decision in the case against Ripple Labs.
Earlier, the judge ordered the company to pay a fine of $125 million. The regulator, however, requested a fine of $2 billion.
Ripple has 14 days to file a counterclaim against the SEC.
