◻️China has filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization (WTO) over Canada's additional tariffs on electric vehicles and steel and aluminum products.

◼️China's Ministry of Commerce said Canada's "unilateral and protectionist" approach violates international trade rules.

◻️Canada imposed a 100% tax on electric vehicles imported from China as of October 1, and a 25% tax on steel and aluminum products as of October 15, following the same tariffs as the US.
