Question for all the Trader which
Including who just started or who has already started and who spent in trading more then 1years.
Because everyone will relate what i am about to ask and has a great impact in Trading expecially who are booking profit constently from the market.
The Question is Do you realise or observe how much normal, slow or fast your Heart Beats when your about to place and order and after placing an order?
If your heart beat is not beating normally like it should be beating in other normal occasion then this is what needs to be observe more then your position.
Because it kicks in only your Body feels it is in Dangerous situation and Do you know even though you are not in any dangerious as if predator is chasing you. Why it feels like that it is Because Your are fear or losing something which is Your Capital.
Its The fear what is controlling you.
So it is better observe your heart beat and bring it back in Normal pace or else you will not master the trading to its full potential.
