Sui has been a hot topic in the past two months, with its TVL rising steadily and MEME emerging in endlessly. However, as a public chain of the Move series, Sui is probably not well understood by many people, and they want to participate but don’t know how to proceed.
What should we do? At this time, we can use the one-click coin issuance tool to complete the issuance of tokens. This tutorial mainly teaches you how to issue tokens on the SUI blockchain through the PandaTool tool.
Sui one-click coin issuance prerequisites
Before issuing coins, be sure to install Suiet wallet or SuiWallet plug-in: Suiet wallet installation, Suiwallet wallet
If these two wallets are not installed, OUYi Web3 wallet is also supported
Prepare at least 20 SUI in your wallet. If the number is insufficient, the token issuance will fail.
It is recommended to use the OUYi Web3 wallet for mobile currency issuance, and do not use the TP wallet, as TP cannot transmit logos
A detailed tutorial on how to issue coins with one click
1. Connect to Sui Wallet
First, we need to make sure that we have downloaded and installed the Sui wallet in the browser and stored more than 20 SUI tokens in the wallet.
After many tests, we recommend Suiet wallet for sending coins from computers, and OUYi Web3 wallet for sending coins from mobile phones. Today's tutorial mainly teaches you how to send coins from computers.
After the wallet is installed, open the coin issuance link: https://sui.pandatool.org/ and click "Connect Wallet" in the upper right corner.
At this time, a page will pop up for you to choose which wallet to connect. There are three default wallets: SuiWallet, OKX Wallet, and Suiet. Here I recommend you choose Suiet or OKEx Web3 Wallet.
For example, if I choose Suiet wallet, after clicking, the wallet plug-in will pop up a prompt, and then continue to click to connect.
After the connection is successful, your wallet address will be displayed in the upper right corner, as shown below
At this point, the wallet connection is complete. If you are an experienced user, just skip this step and proceed to the next step.
2. Enter token parameters
Compared to Solana, Sui’s token parameters are simpler, but have more requirements, including the following:
All parameters must be filled in
Full name: no Chinese characters or symbols supported, maximum 32 characters
Abbreviation: does not support Chinese characters or symbols, requires 2 to 8 characters
Precision: The default value is 9. The precision is related to the maximum supply you can fill in.
Supply quantity: When the precision is 9, the maximum supply cannot exceed 10 billion. When the precision is 8, it cannot exceed 100 billion, and so on.
Logo: Image size less than 100k, recommended size 256x256 pixels (square)
Description: Required, and Chinese is not supported
For example, the token information I filled in is as follows
The name of this token is PandaTool, or Panda for short. After confirming that the information is correct, click the "Create Now" button, and the Suiet wallet will pop up. We confirm the authorization and pay the fee, as shown below.
Everyone needs to pay attention that this is just the name of the issued token. At this time, the wallet will pop up for the second time to confirm the issuance quantity. We still need to confirm the authorization in the wallet. (If the wallet closes the page without the second pop-up, there are no tokens in the wallet. You need to go to the permission management to mint coins to obtain tokens: https://help.pandatool.org/sui/control)
When the token contract address appears on the page, it means that the token has been released.
Here you may encounter a problem: when you click to create a token, does the wallet not pop up? There are two main reasons for this phenomenon: 1. The entire page is stuck for too long and becomes invalid. Just refresh the page. 2. The wallet is locked. At this time, just unlock it. The locked state is as follows:
We follow the prompts and go to Sui browser to see the token information.
At this point, when we open our Suiet wallet or Suiwallet, we should also be able to see the token logo.
At this point, the entire coin issuance work is completed.
