Data: Puffer purchased more than 470,000 EIGEN on the chain 3 hours ago to compensate the affected users for the airdrop
According to on-chain data analyst Yujin, ChainCatcher reported that Puffer Finance spent 1.869 million USDC on the chain to purchase 476,458 EIGEN tokens 3 hours ago to compensate affected users through an airdrop. Apparently, due to erroneous third-party platform data provided by zkLink Nova, the EIGEN airdrop for some Puffer users was diluted. To compensate the affected users, Puffer self-funded the purchase of 476,000 EIGEN tokens from the secondary market to fully compensate the affected users. Additionally, Puffer will also distribute an extra PUFFER airdrop to all users.
