**Will the SEC Appeal? Ripple (XRP) Still at a Crossroads!**

- The legal drama between Ripple and the SEC continues, even though Judge Torres ruled that the sale of XRP on the secondary market was not a securities transaction. Ripple still has to pay $125 million, far less than the $2 billion the SEC requested. 💾

- ​​Fox Business journalist Eleanor Terrett reports that a former SEC attorney has a 60% chance of an appeal. According to her, the SEC believes the decision was wrong and needs to be taken to a higher court.

- Attorney Fred Rispoli agrees, saying an appeal could be a "big prize" for all parties fighting the SEC in New York.

- Interestingly, Rispoli once predicted the case would be settled last July with a $25 million fine. Turns out, the drama continues!
