🚨 Big news in the crypto world! 🚨 Olumide Osunkoya has pleaded guilty to running an illegal crypto ATM network, marking the first conviction of its kind in the U.K. 🇬🇧

Osunkoya, 45, admitted to five offenses at Westminster Magistrates’ Court. His ATMs processed £2.6M ($3.4M) in unregistered crypto transactions, often linked to money laundering and tax evasion.

The FCA has been cracking down on illegal crypto ATMs, with 34 inspections by the end of 2023. Sentencing will take place at Southwark Crown Court soon.
