I have always had a question about the 20 billion cryptocurrencies that were allegedly transferred to Russia?

Why was it intercepted by the Americans? Are there any traces of large amounts of funds flowing on the chain during that period?

Was it a 1v1 payment? Hahahahaha, not really?

If it was multi-currency and 100 accounts against 100 accounts, how was it discovered?
