Former Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) has posted his first lengthy post since his release.

With an estimated personal net worth of $61 billion, he shares that enjoying a piece of fruit every day is now a “luxury.”

CZ said he will take some time off before deciding on his next career moves.

“I will relax for a while and then find new directions. There are always more opportunities in the future than in the past,” he stressed.

The Binance founder did not forget to thank the crypto community for supporting him during his “darkest moments.” CZ was sentenced to four months in prison in April and reported to federal prison in early June.

In the article, CZ revealed his future plans, in which the Giggle Academy project – a new educational initiative – will occupy an important place in his life.

After leaving Binance, he pledged to continue supporting projects in the blockchain and decentralized finance fields, while expressing interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and biotechnology.

CZ is also currently in the process of completing his book, although he admits that it is taking longer than expected. However, the bulk of the book is almost complete.

Zhao stressed that the Binance exchange has been doing “well” since his departure, describing its success as “every founder’s dream.” Although the Department of Justice (DOJ) has barred CZ from continuing to manage the company, he still holds a 90% stake and can continue to influence key decisions within the organization.
