According to Techub News, the Stacks Foundation published a post on X stating that the Nakamoto testnet hard fork was successfully activated. During the testnet upgrade, core developers discovered some bugs related to the way nodes communicate about the retention period extension. The testnet is mostly running normally, and core developers are working hard to eliminate the last few problems and hope to make slight adjustments to the mainnet hard fork blocks. An update on the details of the hard fork is planned to be released before October 4.
