A brief discussion of the subsequent market trend. The market is currently rising continuously. Should we buy or short at high levels?

The current market is rising everywhere, and the buying sentiment is too strong, but I think we should consider shorting at this time, especially for Bitcoin today.

From the historical trend, Bitcoin has fluctuated at least 90 times out of 100 weekends, and a large part of the reason is that the US stock market is closed on weekends.

And I found that in the weekend's volatile market, Bitcoin has the following rules at the 1-hour level:

1. The market will reverse at the upper and lower rails of the Bollinger Bands.

2. The market will reverse at the high/low point of Friday night.

Take last weekend as an example, as shown in the red circle in the figure, the price first rose to the upper rail of the Bollinger Band twice and then pulled back, and then fell to the low of Friday night near 62350 and successfully rebounded, which are all in line with the rules summarized in the previous article.

So today, Saturday, it is recommended to short at high levels, especially when it rises to the high of Friday night near 66500.

However, the above is only a short-term trading view, which is applicable to contract leverage trading. For spot holders, the long-term bullish view remains unchanged.
