Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, will be listing a new altcoin in futures.
Binance announced on its official blog today that it will launch coin-margined futures (which can be performed with WLD in the wallet) with a maximum leverage of 20x for Worldcoin (WLD)$WLD
, supported by Sam Altman, one of the founders of OpenAI. The WLD/USD Coin-M contract will start trading on October 2 at 13:00 TSI.
The statement stated that funding rates may initially change between -0.75% and +0.75% every 8 hours, but these rates, maximum leverage and minimum transaction limit may change from time to time depending on market conditions.
WLD, which has been showing a serious uptrend recently, has increased by nearly 8% with the listing news from Binance. WLD is trading at $2,128 at the time of writing.
