In an interview with Neil Caputo of Fox News, Cuban was asked if he would serve as Secretary of Commerce and Treasury in Harris' cabinet

'I run the SEC. That's my position. It might as well be the Department of Health. But somebody has to replace Gary Gensler.
Cuban then praised Harris' recent developments in artificial intelligence and other technologies. After Caputo's prompting, Cuban said that Gensler was the worst thing that could have happened to #cryptocurrencies in particular and business in general.
Given the context of this #interview , it is unclear whether Cuban is seriously considering Harris for the White House and whether there have been any talks with her camp.
