Morocco announced the launch of the "Digital Morocco 2030" strategy, planning to invest $1.1 billion to turn it into a global digital center through AI and blockchain technology. The strategic goals include creating 240,000 new jobs by 2030, increasing digital export revenue to 40 billion dirhams, and digital economy contribution to 100 billion dirhams.

The government will use blockchain technology to build a unified administrative service portal to manage services such as medical care, education and social security, and use AI systems to analyze and process data in real time to improve service quality. In addition, it plans to increase 5G coverage to 70%, create 3,000 start-ups, and attract global AI and blockchain technology companies to set up businesses in Morocco.
