◼️The index, which increased by 5.5% annually in June, drew attention to the slowdown in the rate of price increase. The housing price index, which covers 20 cities in the US, increased by 5.9% in July.

◻️The highest increase was seen in New York with 8.8%, followed by Las Vegas with 8.2% and Los Angeles with 7.2%. Portland was the city with the lowest increase with 0.8%.
