Since its launch in March 2024, Hamster Kombat has seen impressive growth, adding more than 300 million players worldwide. However, after the close of Season 1, it was revealed that only 131 million users, approximately 43%, met the requirements to receive their share of the airdrop scheduled for September 26. Despite being a significant figure, what was striking was the large number of excluded users, particularly the 2.3 million who were banned for attempting to cheat.
The official Hamster Kombat account explained that these players were penalized for using bots and other unfair tactics to exploit the system.
