Against the backdrop of this statement, the TON rate (as predicted by analysts) rose by 2.5% after the announcement - apparently, investors expect Durov to be released soon after cooperating with the French authorities.
Recall that Pavel Durov was previously detained in France, after which he was released on bail. He promised to cooperate with European authorities to prevent crimes committed using Telegram.
