PANews reported on September 23 that according to The Block, PitchBook data showed that as of August this year, crypto venture capital firms have raised more than $2.2 billion in new capital through closed-end funds. In the past few weeks alone, at least six venture capital firms have raised more than $500 million in total, including ParaFi Capital's $120 million fund, Borderless Capital's $100 million fund, Hack VC's $77 million fund, and Robot Ventures' $75 million fund. In addition, several funds are actively seeking new capital this year. According to Bloomberg, Dragonfly Capital is seeking to raise $500 million for its new fund, and half of the funds have been raised. Many funds target early-stage startups, indicating that venture capital remains optimistic about the potential of new innovations.
