Terraform Labs Bankruptcy Approved
The company previously agreed to settle a case with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and pay a fine of $4.47 billion.
However, the SEC agreed to receive its payments only after the claims are satisfied as part of the bankruptcy process. There is a possibility that the SEC will not be able to collect any money.
Terraform said that it is impossible to estimate the total amount of losses at this time.
