Many people have been asking me why I always lose money when doing contracts.
Even if the orders are accurate, I still lose money.
Let me summarize.
1. Psychological problems. Those with large funds are better. Those with small funds open orders and watch the fluctuations. Their hearts also go up and down.
2. They cannot hold orders. Sometimes they run away after making a few points of profit, which is not enough for the handling fee.
3. They cannot reasonably control their positions and set stop loss and take profit points. Many friends said that they rebounded just after breaking the stop loss point. This is because the stop loss point is not set properly.
4. Frequent opening of orders, opening many orders every day, and the handling fee deducts half of your funds.
5. Stop loss for wrong orders, and dare not take the right orders. This situation is everywhere.
6. No skills, lack of professional knowledge and skills, orders are not based on feelings. Many people open long orders immediately when they feel that the price is going to rise, and open short orders immediately when they feel that the price is going to fall. There are also many people who blindly chase the rise and fall.
Remind everyone that playing contracts is also a heartbeat. It is indeed faster than spot trading and very exciting, but it is crucial to reasonably control positions. You must also hold orders and do not open orders frequently every day.
