During the 140th consensus call of all core developers, developers decided to split the Pectra upgrade into two hard forks and have started fuzz testing of Pectra Devnet 3. At the same time, outstanding issues related to EIP were discussed. Francis, a developer of the Base Rollup protocol, submitted an analysis report supporting the increase of the Blob Gas target for the first part of the Pectra upgrade.
