The SEC has requested until February 2025 to produce “hundreds of thousands of documents” in its case against Coinbase. Originally, they had until October 2023, but a motion by Coinbase has extended the deadline.

🔹 The SEC is reviewing at least 133,582 unique documents.

🔹 If Judge Katherine Failla approves, the new deadline will be February 18.

🔹 This could delay any trial until 2025.
