According to TechFlow, on September 19, Banana Gun published an announcement on the social platform X, saying that some users had experienced unauthorized wallet transfers. The team immediately shut down the robot and launched an investigation after the first incident. After a comprehensive inspection, Banana Gun confirmed that the backend system (including routers and databases) was not attacked and less than 10 users were affected. These abnormal transfers seemed to be performed manually. The team speculated that the problem may be caused by a front-end vulnerability. The robot is still offline to ensure the safety of user assets. Banana Gun said that it will continue to investigate the root cause of the incident and thanked the support it received.
