According to the "Customs Release" public account, the General Administration of Customs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Transport, the National Immigration Administration, the National Railway Administration, the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and the China Railway Group jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on the Construction of Smart Ports", which pointed out the exploration of smart matching, smart contracts, and cross-border payments of digital RMB to facilitate online cross-border transactions. In terms of the construction of the digital base of smart ports, the opinions proposed to use new technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence to upgrade and improve the underlying platform.
