Bitget and Foresight Ventures Acquire Toncoin for $30 Million

Representatives of the investors said that the deal was not structured as a traditional venture capital injection.
The tokens were purchased directly from unnamed figures in the Open Network ecosystem. The TON Foundation, an organization developing the blockchain, was not involved in the deal.
The investment will be used to develop the TON blockchain and other Telegram-based projects, including clicker games like Notcoin and Hamster Kombat.
