According to Foresight News, Cointelegraph reported that Michelle Bond, the partner of former FTX executive Ryan Salame, pleaded not guilty to four charges of violating campaign finance laws in the Federal Court of the Southern District of New York. The charges include conspiracy to cause illegal campaign contributions, causing and accepting excessive campaign contributions, causing and accepting illegal corporate donations, and causing and accepting middleman donations. Michelle Bond is currently released on $1 million bail, but is restricted from traveling within the United States. Judge George Daniels has scheduled a pre-trial conference for January 2025. In the criminal prosecution of FTX and Alameda Research, only Ryan Salame and SBF have been sentenced to imprisonment, and sentencing hearings for other executives involved in the case will be held in the coming months.

Foresight News previously reported that an indictment unsealed by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on August 22 showed that Ryan Salame's partner Michelle Bond was charged with violating campaign finance laws.
