Ethereum (ETH) has struggled to break the $2,450 level over the past two weeks, and the 17% drop in decentralized application (DApp) activity is causing concern, especially as it affects the layer-2 ecosystem. It is questionable how long the current $2,250 support level can hold.
On the positive side, Ethereum is still the dominant platform in terms of both activity and development. However, there are still challenges such as high transaction costs and low staking returns.
While Ethereum’s 19% weekly drop in DApp volumes is concerning, it does not seem to reflect the overall crypto market when compared to other blockchains. We welcome your comments.
