Golden Finance reported that some Wall Street institutions have made predictions on the Federal Open Market Committee's interest rate decision on Wednesday and the remaining two meetings this year. Among the major banks, only JPMorgan Chase expects the Fed to cut interest rates by 50 basis points today. Most institutions believe that the interest rate will be cut by 75 basis points before the end of the year. Citigroup predicts that there will be two interest rate cuts of 50 basis points each after the September meeting.
