MicroStrategy announced that it will issue $8.75 billion in convertible bonds due 2028. These bonds will be paid semi-annually starting in 2025 with an annual interest rate of 0.625%. With the proceeds, $500 million of the 2028-dated 6.125% bonds will be repurchased and the rest will be used to purchase Bitcoin. 📉💸
