IMO the Federal Reserve will go for a 25 BPS Cut.
Reason is, we are heading to uncertain times in term of US Elections and FED's will be testing the waters with a small cut first and then gradually cut further when required.
Cutting interest rates, is a good and also a bad thing. Good for house buyers and bad for people who are renting houses like AIRBNB.
