Circle to Launch $USDC Stablecoin on Sui Network for Enhanced Cross-Chain Transfers

Circle's $USDC stablecoin will soon be natively available on the Sui network, expanding its reach to over 15 blockchain platforms. This integration, powered by the Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP), allows for seamless $USDC transfers across different networks by burning and minting tokens directly on each platform. With Sui’s layer-1 blockchain utilizing the Move programming language, transactions will be processed in parallel, offering faster and more scalable performance for users and developers.

The addition of Sui to the $USDC ecosystem further strengthens the stablecoin’s availability and enhances Sui’s security, usability, and development capabilities.
