PANews reported on September 18 that according to The Block, Coinbase Ventures led Vana's $5 million financing round, bringing its total financing to $25 million. Vana is a Web3 startup dedicated to building a user data pool network that allows users to monetize social media data through decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and provide training data for AI models.
Previously, Vana raised $18 million in a Series A round led by Paradigm. Vana's Reddit DAO has attracted about 140,000 users to participate, and users can earn hundreds of dollars by contributing historical data on the platform.
