Binance listed $NEIRO a 12M Mcap meme based on a CTO and it hit 350M Mcap in less than a day.
This is blatant manipulation.
The whole thing is powered by Binance Perp. On the other hand, Binance insiders actively shorted $NEIRO which has twice as many holders than CTO-based Neiro.
