This strategic partnership gives Lens scalability, verifiable transactions, and cost-effective infrastructure for decentralized social networks. Lens will leverage Avail's Data Availability Layer (Avail DA), which is highly optimized for the ZK technology stack and makes high-traffic use cases such as social media possible on the blockchain. The next generation of Lens is expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2024.
