Boyaa Interactive announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at noon on September 17 that the company entered into a subscription agreement with MTT ESports Limited (MTT ESports) on September 17, 2024, to invest in MTT ESports with 100 units of Bitcoin as consideration, which is equivalent to a total value of approximately US$5.819251 based on the market price of Bitcoin on the day immediately preceding this announcement.
Upon completion of the investment, the Company will acquire a 25% equity interest in MTT ESports. MTT ESports will not become a subsidiary of the Company as a result of the investment, and its financial results will not be consolidated into the Group's financial statements. #zachxbt
