BHUTAN ANNOUNCES $750 MILLION IN WEALTH WITH 13,011 BTC‼️
Bhutan has become the fourth largest BTC holding country in the world with 13,011 Bitcoin (BTC). According to Arkham Intelligence, this wealth comes from Bitcoin mining operations run by Druk Holdings. Unlike other countries, Bhutan did not obtain its BTC from seizures, but from environmentally friendly mining operations that expanded rapidly in 2023. The total BTC value is stated as approximately $780 million. Bhutan is taking an environmentally friendly approach, especially by using hydroelectric power, and has increased its mining capacity to 600 MW.
