PANews reported on September 16 that according to DogeDesigner’s disclosure on the X platform, X Payments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Elon Musk’s X (formerly Twitter), has obtained a money transmission license in Oklahoma and has now obtained money transmission licenses in 37 states in the United States. X Payments is seeking licenses in all 50 states in the United States and hopes to launch payment services across the United States later this year.
