Before his arrest, Changpeng Zhao (CZ), the founder of Binance, was involved in several important projects. Some of the main ones include:
1. Global Expansion: CZ was focused on expanding Binance’s presence in new markets, especially in Asia and Latin America.
2. Product Development: He was overseeing the launch of new financial products, such as staking services and new trading pairs.
3. Binance Smart Chain (BSC): CZ was actively promoting Binance Smart Chain, a blockchain that enables the creation of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
