CoinVoice has recently learned that the on-chain detective ZachXBT has published an article criticizing the stablecoin USDC issuer Circle, accusing it of "never conducting a blacklist operation after the DeFi vulnerability/hacker attack, and continuing to profit from transactions despite having plenty of time."
