🔵 Binance has discovered that the “Clipper malware” changes withdrawal addresses during transactions.
🔴 The hacked software is often known as “Clipperware,” and intercepts data stored in the clipboard to replace the original addresses with ones designed by the hacker.
This happens when a user copies and pastes a wallet address to transfer digital assets.
🔴 Many victims unwittingly install these malicious apps or browser extensions.
🔴 Android and web platforms are the primary targets for hackers and Binance has warned that even iOS users are not completely safe.
🔴 Users are urged to take certain measures to mitigate the risks.
