According to Foresight News, The Block reported that the crypto exchange CEX.IO announced the resumption of business operations in the UK. The company said its registration process now meets the compliance requirements of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). CEX.IO previously voluntarily suspended its services in the UK due to the FCA's implementation of new crypto asset financial promotion regulations in October 2023.
