After Binance announced the launch of RPL contracts yesterday, the price of RPL rose by 28%. Investment institution 1kx took advantage of the price increase to sell 203,319 RPL ($2.38M).

1kx recently started selling RPL through Amber Group: a total of 313,737 RPL ($3.71M) were transferred to the Amber Group address in the past 12 days and then entered Binance.

1kx is an investor in Rocket Pool. In 2021/12, it received 570,393 RPL allocations through investment, and all of them were deposited into Rocket Pool node staking in 2023.

Currently, 1kx still has 315,835 RPL ($3.63M) in staking.
