$SHELL Official Statement Regarding Binance Announcement and $SHELL Buyback Plan: Gm, Shells, We want to take this opportunity to address the situation about recent events and provide clarity. On March 7th, we were contacted by the Binance team regarding irregular activity involving one of our market makers (the “Market Maker”). In response, we immediately terminated our relationship with the involved Market Maker and onboarding several new partners to ensure stable liquidity. All Binance accounts associated with the Market Maker have been suspended, and all remaining assets will be transferred to our new market makers. Furthermore, all stablecoins the Market Maker sells will be fully used to buy back $SHELL within 90 days. To ensure full transparency, we will publish wallet addresses related to the buyback for the community to verify. Additionally, we are working closely with Binance to make this process public and transparent. Despite broader market challenges, the MyShell team remains in a strong operational position. We are fully committed to advancing open-source AI models and building a robust tokenomics framework to support AI application development and open-source AI innovation.
