Oaktree Capital co-founder: US interest rates will not fall below 3% after the Fed cuts
According to Odaily, Howard Marks of Oak Tree Capital stated that after the Federal Reserve's interest rate cut, the US interest rate will be in the range of 3% to 4%. Marks, the Co-Chairman and Co-Founder of Oak Tree Capital, said in a conference in Melbourne on Thursday that the Federal Reserve will lower the interest rate from the emergency level of 5.25% or 5.5% to around 3%. He also emphasized that he believes the interest rate will remain around 3%, and will not return to zero, 0.5%, or 1%.
