[ApeCoin launches ApeChain blueprint to attract creators]
ApeCoin has announced the blueprint for its Tier 2 solution ApeChain, which aims to improve the blockchain experience for users and developers. This launch represents an important step forward in ApeCoin’s blockchain strategy, with a focus on content, tools, and distribution.
According to ApeCoin’s press release, the first phase of ApeChain will focus on prioritizing content partners, developing a user-friendly website, and providing powerful developer tools. Greg Solano, CEO of Yuga Labs, said that ApeChain will focus on helping users discover popular content on the chain and provide incentives and distribution channels for creators.
In order to simplify the onboarding process and fiat currency import for users, ApeChain has cooperated with Web3 companies such as Halliday, Decent and Privy to provide support through the ApeChain Portal. Another feature of ApeChain is the Reboot Protocol, which allows users to place bets on events or individuals. Additionally, a Native Yield system has been developed for extracting assets such as ApeCoin (APE) and Ethereum (ETH).
ApeCoin’s strategy aligns with Arbitrum’s milestones, including integrating Stylus, which allows blockchain developers to build smart contracts using a WebAssembly-compatible language. In February this year, the ApeCoin DAO community approved the development of ApeChain on Arbitrum and received support from Horizen Labs. The APE token will serve as the gas and governance token for the new network. In July, ApeChain launched a testnet called Curtis.
