According to TechFlow, on September 4, according to official news, Tether announced a strategic partnership with Indonesian cryptocurrency trading platform Reku. The two parties will carry out a 7-month educational roadshow in 10 major cities in Indonesia, aiming to enhance Indonesian people’s awareness of crypto assets and blockchain technology.
The roadshow will start in September 2024 and end in March 2025, covering cities such as Bali, Medan, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Padang, Palembang, Pekanbaru and Balikpapan, and finally end in Jakarta. The event aims to popularize the advantages of blockchain, crypto assets and peer-to-peer technology, and help Indonesians make wise decisions when dealing with digital assets.
Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said that this cooperation will combine the expertise of both parties to jointly promote knowledge of crypto assets and blockchain technology in Indonesia. Reku co-CEO Jesse Choi said that he hopes that more Indonesians will understand crypto assets and blockchain technology through this roadshow.
