According to TechFlow, Layer 1 blockchain project Over Protocol successfully activated its mainnet on September 4. OverProtocol founder Ben Kim said that a large-scale airdrop will be carried out at the end of September to reward community members who have contributed to the ecosystem in the past year.
Additionally, Over Protocol will host an event called “HangOver” on September 5th in partnership with GSR and Jambo.
It is reported that the project aims to create a user-friendly environment that allows anyone to easily participate in the new P2P financial system. The core development team Superblock has raised $8 million to develop this blockchain, focusing on node optimization technology and creating a comprehensive ecosystem.
