#GaloisCapital responds to SEC investigation: reached a settlement and paid a fine💸

Crypto hedge fund Galois Capital announced that after nearly two years of comprehensive investigation, it has reached a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and paid a $225,000 fine, which will be directly returned to investors.

Despite using non-qualified custodian Fireblocks, Galois Capital said this was the best solution at the time and has disclosed it in the ADV form. Investor redemption strategy has been formulated and requires five business days' notice.
