**Ethereum Co-Founder Moves $10M in Ether Amid Market Speculation**

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin recently transferred $10 million worth of Ether (ETH) to wallets linked with crypto exchanges, according to Lookonchain data. This move has fueled speculation that Buterin might be cashing out, especially since ETH has surged 180% from its 2022 low of $885.

However, Buterin denies selling for profit, stating that his transfers since 2018 have supported various projects within the Ethereum ecosystem and broader charitable causes.

Interestingly, these transfers align with the Ethereum Foundation moving 84,000 ETH ($207 million) to exchanges. The Foundation periodically sells ETH to fund development and research, often causing short-term market reactions.

While some Foundation sales have preceded market drops, others have led to price rallies. Currently, ETH is trading between its 50-week and 200-week EMAs, with potential for a sharp rebound by late 2024 or early 2025.
