Justin Sun, the founder of the Tron blockchain, has suggested the creation of a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) to defend Telegram CEO Pavel Durov, who was arrested over the weekend. Justin Sun has promised to allocate $1 million to support this new entity, and to free the Franco-Russian computer scientist.
